RESERVATION POLICIES:

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required before the event. As a small project, when you book with us, the entire place is exclusively reserved for your retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Private retreat bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, we may consider rescheduling.

Please note that if you leave the retreat prematurely or fail to adhere to our rules, your participation will be terminated without a refund. Approved refunds may take 4 to 8 weeks to process. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

CHECK-IN:

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-in Limit Time: 4:00 PM

    • Arrivals after this time may result in last-minute cancellations. Late arrivals can significantly impact subsequent retreats.

Upon arrival, guests are required to provide medical and emergency contact information. Weapons and prohibited substances are not allowed on our premises. Please maintain proper attire and hygiene to respect our community. If you arrive under the influence of any substance, immediate departure will be necessary, and doping tests may be administered when needed.

FACILITIES AND COMMUNITY RULES:

We kindly ask that you leave our facilities as you found them. Return borrowed items to their original places, deposit dishes in designated areas, and dispose of trash responsibly. Show consideration for fellow guests, especially non-smokers, when smoking. While our place is secure, personal belongings are your responsibility. Please report any facility issues promptly, and we value your feedback.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We require a complete medical history from the past year. You will be asked to sign paperwork acknowledging your full responsibility for participating in our retreats or internships. Providing accurate information is crucial; any misleading details may result in the cancellation of your retreat without a refund and/or legal actions taken by our staff for manipulating personal information.
