The practice of working with Ayahuasca in small doses has likely existed as long as the medicine itself. What is new is the language — and the growing body of evidence suggesting that sub-perceptual doses can support well-being, clarity, and connection in everyday life.
Micro-dosing involves taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of Ayahuasca — doses small enough that you will not experience the visionary or altered states associated with a full ceremony. Instead, the medicine works subtly in the background: gently, consistently, and on your schedule.
We offer this for people who are not able to attend ceremony but who still want to establish — or deepen — a relationship with the plant. It is also an excellent bridge practice between retreats, or simply a way to invite more presence into your daily life.

- Antidepressants, Anxiolytics, Antipsychotics, Anticonvulsants, and Amphetamines — this includes all medications within these categories
- Ashwagandha
- Any GABA, Mentat, or Melatonin supplements
- If you are on any other medication or supplement, please consult with us before ordering
Who is this for? We especially encourage this for people who feel called to the medicine but cannot yet attend a ceremony — whether for logistical, financial, or personal reasons. Microdosing is also a meaningful way to maintain connection with the plant between retreats, or simply to begin building a relationship with Ayahuasca at your own pace, in your own home.
