Terms and Conditions
We kindly ask all guests to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before booking a retreat with us. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and smooth experience for everyone involved. As a small center, we rely deeply on each reservation and sincerely appreciate your support.
Reservation Policies
To secure your spot, full payment is required before the retreat date. When you book with us, we dedicate our entire space, staff, and preparation—including the medicine itself—exclusively to your retreat.
Please note:
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling is not possible, except in rare, approved cases (see Cancellation Policy).
Your reservation confirms that you agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Private retreat bookings are non-refundable.
The only exception is if we are unable to host your retreat due to an emergency on our end—in that case, a full refund will be provided. (This has only happened twice in 7 years; we are highly committed to being present and prepared for every retreat.)
If you fail to disclose important medical information on time (including medications), we cannot guarantee your participation, and no refund will be issued.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a one-time opportunity to rebook at a 20% discounted rate. This means a new booking will be required, and your previous payment will not carry over.
Mistaken Bookings
If you make a booking in error and we approve a refund, please note that bank and platform fees may apply. It can also take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card.
If you leave the retreat early or violate our community rules, your retreat will be ended immediately without a refund.
We’re a small, community-based retreat center that chooses to remain intimate and non-commercial. Your booking helps us continue offering this unique experience.

Check-In Policy
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Latest Check-in: 4:00 PM
Please make every effort to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in your retreat being canceled without a refund. Our ceremonies and preparations are carefully timed, and delays can affect the entire experience for you and others.
Upon arrival, guests must:
Provide emergency contact details
Present a valid ID or passport (copies will be properly disposed of after your stay)
Important Guidelines
Weapons and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
Proper hygiene and respectful attire are required
Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate dismissal without refund
We reserve the right to cancel or deny your participation if:
Your medical form was not submitted on time
Your health history falls outside of our scope of care. (We typically work with individuals between 25 and 45 years old, although exceptions are possible with prior consultation.)
Facilities and Community Rules
Please help us keep our space peaceful and respectful:
Leave common areas clean and tidy
Return any borrowed items
Place used dishes in the designated areas
Dispose of trash responsibly
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. While our retreat is generally very safe, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Please report any issues or concerns—we’re here to help, and we value your feedback.
Medical Concerns
A full and honest medical history is required during the application process. You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver confirming that you take full responsibility for participating.
Providing misleading or incomplete information may result in:
Immediate cancellation of your retreat
Possible legal action in cases of intentional misinformation
Our top priority is your safety and the integrity of the healing process. Please be transparent—it helps us support you better.
